We are a consulting company in HR Outsourcing & Management Consulting active in large organizations and industry leaders in Engineering, Banking, Insurance, Telecom, Energy, Pharmaceutical, Transport, Oil & Gas,
Luxury goods.

100% Commission based – Location Independent – Strong technical background.
Full time permanent contract after 1 year with excellent compensation package.
Language requirements: English, Italian or German or French or Spanish.

Within the Global Recruitment Team at Nobel Captain OÜ, as Global Recruiter, be responsible for the
recruitment process of our consultants.

Skills Required

Handle your own clients’ requests: sourcing, recruitment and selection.

Anticipate future clients’ needs and set up tools to attract candidates.

Be the point of contact between Candidates and Senior Managers: feedback, update, and availabilities among others:

  • Regarding the strategy, write job offers and post them on appropriate channels
  • Meet the expectations set by the budget
  • Organize and schedule interviews for yourself and for senior managers
  • Evaluate candidates with specific KPI’s
  • Participate in internal projects (events, workshops…)
  • Reporting to Managing Director
  • Accompany, if needed, business managers to meet clients
  • Ensure recruitment activity serves Nobel Captain OÜ strategy and targets
  • Design and update dashboards in order to keep an efficient and collaborative recruitment activity
  • Define processes on recruitment activities for knowledge management
  • You have a degree related to Human Resources or Engineering or the required equivalent experience
  • You are fluent in English, German, Italian, French or Spanish. A good knowledge of Dutch could be an asset.
  • You already worked in a company dealing with IT or you are passionate about IT
  • You master IT Office tools
  • You have excellent communication and interpersonal skills and the ability to present effectively and creatively, you will be first line contact between candidates and Nobel Captain OÜ!
  • You have the ability to work in a stimulating environment and meet targets, you will be 100% part of the business development activity.
  • You have good organizational and administrative skills, you will be responsible for your work and NobelCaptain OÜ relies on you! We have values we share, live with, experiment every day.
